Start Your Estate Sale in Just Three Easy Steps

1. Plan

If you’re exploring whether an estate sale might be the right next step, send us a note through our contact form or call us at 703-283-7123. We’ll come by, meet you in person, and walk through the process so you know exactly how it all works.

We’ll take time to review the home, understand the scope of the project, and determine whether an estate sale is the right approach. If it is, we’ll put together a contract that confirms your dates and outlines the next steps. If your timeline is tight, just reach out — we’re always happy to see what’s possible.

2.  Present

When your sale is booked, we reserve a 7–10-day window just for your home. That block includes the full setup period as well as the sale itself. During the first several days our team is in the home, we're sorting, organizing, and transforming each room into a clean, intentional retail environment. Once everything is staged and ready, we move straight into the sale days — managing shoppers, answering questions, keeping the home secure, and running the event from open to close. 

3.  Post-Sale

Once the sale is complete, we’ll connect with you to go over what’s sold and what’s still there. If your goal is a fully cleared home, we can help with donation, auction and final debris removal— helping you to move forward without anything left behind.
