Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start the process of having an estate sale?
Easy! Just contact us to schedule a free consultation. After that, we'll visit your home to check out your items, explain the full process, our services and answer any questions you have. We’ll then follow up with a contract for you to review and confirm a date for the actual sale that works best for you.
Do I need to be at my home on the day of the estate sale?
Nope! We actually prefer you or any other family members to not be on site during the setup or sale. It helps us run things a bit more smoothly and ultimately have the space to sell even more items for you.

How do you determine pricing for my items during an estate sale?
We do deep research on similar items and what they’ve sold for and price your items on the best possible market value, condition, rarity and demand.
How do I prepare my home for an estate sale?
Remove any personal items, documents and valuables you do not want to sell. We recommend not throwing away or donating anything away as there may be value in unexpected items or regular, everyday items.
Can an estate sale help me sell everything in my home?
That’s the goal. We believe we can get most of your household items sold, including furniture, jewelry, antiques, kitchenware and collectibles. And we don’t overlook the small items either. You may not think someone wants those trinkets or everyday household items, but from our years of experience, there’s usually a buyer out there that proves otherwise. Simply put, if you want it sold, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How and when do I get paid after an estate sale?
We will send you your payment within five days after the sale ends through your preferred payment method.
What items can be sold at an estate sale?
Honestly, almost everything. Furniture, art, jewelry, clothing, tools, kitchenware, collectibles, books, and yes, even cleaning supplies and the left over tile from your bathroom remodel. We always tell clients not to judge what will or won't sell. Some of the best finds come from drawers, closets, basements, and garages. If it's in the house, it's fair game.
How is an estate sale different from a garage sale?
A lot different! An estate sale is a full retail operation inside your home. We bring in tables, organize and display every room, research and price items, manage parking, coordinate large item pickups, and handle everything from start to finish without you ever lifting a finger.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically prefer you to book in advance, so the sooner you reach out the better. If your timeline is tight, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to find a solution that works.
